Netizens mistakenly recognized the arrested Emilio Lim as Chris Tan because of the sites that used the ex-couple’s picture in their news articles.
The businessman plans to sue the moderators of the sites that used the photo of Chris Tan to the PNP Cybercrime division.
He wants to clear his name to the Netizens that he is not involved in any illegal activities especially in drugs.
